Feedback from Widget created 9 duplicate feedback items in our account
Recently one of our customers provided feedback from our website using the "Feedback Widget". However, the feedback that the customer left was logged in our GetSatisfaction account 9 times!
We've replied to 1 of these occurences so that the customer has a response. However, we would really appreciate it if the remaining 8 occurrences of this feedback item were removed.

Inappropriate?Thanks for removing the duplicates... Almost :) There's still 1 more left. Basically there are 2 problems called "Print Ordering"... We've replied to one of them (please don't delete that one), the other one can be deleted.

Inappropriate?I know, Derek. Unfortunately, they share the same URL, so I cannot remove one without removing the other. This is a rare bug that I can't personally fix without getting into the database. I have asked our dev team to remove it via a Zendesk ticket.
