Feelings icon should be directed towards issue, not idea.
When putting forward an idea, or commenting upon others' idea, one's mind is concerning itself with what the idea is about, rather than the idea itself. Accordingly, 'How does [this idea] make you feel', is misdirected.
The wording needs to be rephrased to as to direct the reader to the idea's purpose, rather than the idea itself, if the interface is to avoid jarring with the poster's intent.
