Feedback isn't the purpose of other applications
The feedback tab is a great idea, but it assumes far, far too much about itself and its importance by having only one placement option. Feedback is a minority use case, and it doesn't really merit inserting it so aggressively into other use cases that are much more common. Having some control over where on a page the tab appears, and maybe some formatting control for different sizes would make this much more appealing.

Inappropriate?I agree. Without layout options, or the opportunity to load the form from a normal link, this is not really usable.
I'm also not sure about it being an "idea" by default. I'd like to use this as the default support form for our company, but that would only really work if you moved the "I'm sharing to the top", so they would know at the start that this was about more than sharing an idea, and could be used for reporting a problem.
So the title would be "share with x"
Then I'm the sharing an idea, reporting a problem etc drop-down
Then Describe your (whatever was selected above)
Then title. -
