Flaming damage on Get Satisfaction
We`re a company looking at implementing your solution but we wondered if there were any cases of companies using get satisfaction finding that their competitors were using the service to flame them, or to try to damage their reputation.

Inappropriate?This is a problem that is really not a Get Satisfaction problem, but something that is part and parcel of anonymity on the Internet. Of course, it's unacceptable on our site, and we will close down an attempt like this. As a company on our site, you're welcome to use the management tools to remove topics if you find this happening, and our community management folks are here to support you if you suspect a competitor is trying to impugn your reputation. We take it very seriously.
