For the overhead, can we change/add terms it searches for?
Many people refer to our company in many different ways, and I was wondering if it is possible to modify and add terms the twitter overhead searches for?
Also do you need to be the creator of the company account, or can employees do this too?

Yes, you can update the overheard keywords. Just make sure not to be too generic with them or your Overheard stream will be overwhelmed with irrelevant tweets.
You have to have admin status to do this as it's on the bottom of the Company Details page which is in the Admin section. The url to that page would be getsatisfaction.com/[COMPANYNAME]/admin/details
