Inappropriate?Sorry, After I have dispatched a product I email my customers with the dispatch details. I also follow up 5-7 days later with a hows it going email.
I was wondering if it was possible to embedd the feedback tab or form in to the html emails that I send - rather then a link to the form on my site.

Inappropriate?Well, that is an interesting idea, but I'm not sure that is possible. I believe the widget needs to be on an HTML page, but I'll see if anyone has other thoughts about it here.
