Inappropriate?Hi fitzage,
That doesn't sound good. What exactly is the problem you're having? Do you have to log in every time you come to getsatisfaction.com from the same computer?
Thanks -
Inappropriate? It seems that every time I relaunch my browser (OmniWeb), I have to login to Get Satisfaction again.
I’m unconcerned
-
Inappropriate?Ok a few more questions
What version of OmniWeb are you on?
Are you using the inline login or the login page (http://getsatisfaction.com/session/new) -
Inappropriate?OmniWeb 5.10 sneakypeek.
I've been using the inline login, because I haven't been noticing I wasn't logged in until I actually go to post.
However, I launched OmniWeb this morning, and Get Satisfaction has remembered me finally.
I’m silly

Inappropriate? This problem is happening for me. I'm on the same computer and every time I open my browser window again, it asks me to log in.
-
Inappropriate? It's not working for me too. And I didn't even closed my browser, but only the page.
On Mac OS Snow Leopard, Safari 4.0.3
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Okay, thanks for the reports. We just released a new version of our login system and it sounds like this feature is not at 100%. It's in the queue for fixing.
-
Inappropriate?Renato, txibob, can you tell me where you're logging in from? I've been trying mightily to reproduce the problem but have failed so far.
For example, was it from the link at the top of this page, a login form after trying to post a topic, or perhaps the direct login page at:
http://getsatisfaction.com/login
Or (fingers crossed!) perhaps the problem is gone?

this solves the problem
-
Christian, It seems that now is working normally to me. Thanks! -
Still not working. -
Inappropriate?I've gone to that link above and that's okay, but if I just visit the forum and want to click "This solves the problem" or "add a reply" it will go to a log on pop up that doesn't seem to "remember you."
