Get Satisfaction starts by frustrating me. Why?
If I get here from my pbwiki account, my login is apparently lost. I must create a new account here and anything I typed in this box before that is LOST FOREVER. This makes me mad and frustrated. Furthermore, there seems to be no way to attach a screen shot to illustrate the problem I came here to solve. That just seems stupid. Is this a new service suffering from infancy problems?

You're right, we don't yet have the ability for you to attach screen shots, although you can include HTML with images. We should have that capability soon.
I'll definitely take a look at your wiki and see if we can learn a thing or two from you. We definitely appreciate the input.
