Inappropriate?Thanks, chette! Much appreciated.
We're currently working on a number of tools and features for companies to use to better manage their communication with their customers in Get Satisfaction that *won't* be free. Companies ask us all the time how they can pay to support us, and believe me, we're ready to take their money.
The majority of the functionality currently present will continue to be free, since having companies present in the system is a big part of what makes us successful, but we see a lot of opportunity to charge companies to help them manage and get more value out of their customer interactions here.
We also have what we think are some pretty interesting ideas for how to do paid sponsorship in our system that we'll be revealing over the summer. Imagine this: "sponsored experts." People who pay to help solve your problems! Watch for it.
I’m money
