GetSatisfaction looks like crap in Firefox. No CSS?
GetSatisfaction looks like crap in Firefox. CSS not loaded properly? Same issue in both MS Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux.
Firefox version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042316 Firefox/3.0.10
It looks good in IE 6.

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.

The company thinks this is not a problem.

Inappropriate?Sorry our site looks like crap to you.
Are you still having this problem? I've had CSS not load properly before, but it's usually been a temporary occurrence. I am not aware of any outages we're having. -
It looks fine in Firefox on Ubuntu at home now! :-) I'll try at work again tomorrow. I guess that more people should have complained if it was a global issue... -
Upon further investigation this appears to be a combination of Firefox, the enteprisey iPlanet Web Proxy Server and the "nginx" web server used on http://1.static.getsatisfaction.com
When I for example try to load http://1.static.getsatisfaction.com/i... in Firefox through the iPlaner proxy server I get this error:
400 Bad Request
nginx/0.5.18
I would rather blame iPlanet than Firefox, nginx or GetSatisfaction...
I will try to workardound this issue by patching my "hosts" file to resolve 1.static.getsatisfaction.com etc to the same IP address as www.getsatisfaction.com
UPDATE No point in editing the hosts file on my computer when the hostname is sent to (and subsequently resolved by) the iPlanet crap... :-(
Sorry for wasting your time. -
Inappropriate?Looks like your firefox cached an empty stylesheet. Try using Ctrl+F5 (a refresh which skips cache) to refresh your browser, it should be alright then.
The fact that it happened two times is a little awkward, but perhaps bad luck.. It's generally caused by a server hiccup, or connection issue at the wrong moment.
Eric's response made me laugh.. "Sorry our site looks like crap to you".. haha!
I’m easily amused
