GetSatisfaction spams my users!!!!
This morning I started to see twitter messages from getsatisfaction to feedly users and emails like urgent respond @CherylSmith999 I use Feedly for RSS management - love it.
What the hell is that? I do not appreciate getsatisfaction spamming our users and my mailbox.
Can you please tell me how to turn off this behavior? This is a show stopper for me. If it can not be turned off we are going to stop using getsatisfaction and redirect our users somewhere else.

Hi Edwin,
Many apologies, and thanks for your note. A spammer used our Overheard feature (which sends out a tweet from GetSatisfaction when any user responds via the feature) which caused the problem you saw. We immediately banned this user and removed the content.
We have auto-spam detection in other areas of the site, but this was one area where we haven't seen spam before. We will be closing that loophole right away. Don't hesitate to ask further questions if I haven't answered your issue.
We take this stuff VERY seriously, for the reason you mention. As a service that creates channels of communication between people we are navigating carefully between openness/low barriers to participation and security against bad actors like spammers. We welcome feedback from companies and consumers about where they think the line should be.
I’m apologetic
