Getting notified everytime someone replies or we get a new follower.
When someone either a rep or someone else replies, can the Triggit reps get an email saying that it happened?

Inappropriate?If you are an employee you will receive an e-mail when new topics are posted in your company's section. You can "follow" all replies if you choose by clicking on "Notify me when people reply" from your e-mail notification.
You aren't able to tell when new people decide to follow a topic, but you will see that the most followed topics rise to the top.
You could get an RSS feed of all the activity in your company (look for the RSS button on your company's page), but that can be a little overwhelming when the conversations get going.
The way I watch the conversations happen is that I watch new topics come in via e-mail, and then decide which ones I want to follow -- most of them! Then, I choose "Stop following" when I am satisfied that I can step out of the conversation.
