GS plans feature chart?
Is there a chart or bulleted list of features in Free, Basic, etc. for Get Satisfaction? I'd really love to see that, especially a comparison between the Free and Basic plans. If you could jot it down here if it doesn't exist yet that would be great. Thanks

Inappropriate? Not yet, but soon! This is in the works. Other folks have asked about this, and we should have this ready to go soon: http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa...

Inappropriate?Hi Susie,
And in the meantime, you can check out this page which gives you a tour of all the features in the the Basic & Starter packages. Both include all these features. The difference is that the Starter only allows access to the tools by one moderator and is for customer communities of less than 1000 unique visitors (on gs.com) and is $49/month. The Basic allows for unlimited moderators and unlimited users and is $149/month.
We do have a grid of features and pages with this info displayed more obviously coming out soon! -
Inappropriate?I see there's a features chart for the paid plans but it makes no mention of the free account. It would be *really* helpful to include the Free plan on the chart so we know exactly what the differences are between Free and Paid plans.

Inappropriate? There's been talk of that. We have a list at the bottom of that chart that explains what every account (free included) includes, but having it be part of that chart might be the better way to go.

Thanks for the quick reply. I saw the text at the bottom of the chart but it wasn't clear if that text also referred to the Free account or only to the paid accounts in the chart. Perhaps, a near-term resolution is to add something along the lines of, "(including Free accounts)" to the verbiage under the chart. That would help clarify things and reduce future questions to you guys about what the Free account entails. :-)
