GS ROCKS!!!!!

Love this site!!!! Major Kudos to the founders of Get Satisfaction. I use it to get satisfaction from the companies whose products I use. I've also added the GS "Feedback" feature to our site in the hope that our customers will get satisfaction with our and other products. I'd encourage all companies who pay more than lip service to customer service add GS's tab to thier sites.
