Half the sentence is missing from the prompt 'Give your problem/question/idea...' when starting a new topic

It used to say 'Give your problem a great title' or something similar. Its confusing without it!!

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company has a solution in progress.
