Hi there, I'm Cameron. I'm a developer here at Satisfaction, and I'm here to code (and to talk with you).
I've been working closely with Scott and Ted, writing the code that makes Satisfaction hum since the very beginning.
It's been a fun ride so far and I think it's just going to get better. I really believe in our product and what we're trying to do by bringing customer service out into the open, helping companies be transparent for their customers, and most of all creating a central place to go with a customer service issue.

Inappropriate?The company is MonkeySee. I did everything i was asked but every time I tried to submit it kept taking me back to the same page I was on. Normally that means I didn't enter information correctly, or my username is taken or something like that, but the page didn't tell me why it kept sending me back. could it be because I tried to upload a logo in a .png format?

Inappropriate?I now see that I have an account confirmation email. I don't recall being informed of that when I signed up. I'm assuming the fact I haven't responded to the account email yet is why I couldn't register?

Inappropriate?We do support .png files for company logos. It's possible that you just missed our error message (we're working on improving these) at the top of the page. For now, would you mind emailing me the data you are trying to enter in the form that's breaking it? I'll try to reproduce the problem and fix the bug.
