Get Satisfaction doesn't have a "friends" mechanism, however you can add people as a "contact". These would be people who you feel have useful answers or insights you like and so want to follow their activity. You can add them as a contact by clicking the "Add contact" button on their profile page. You get to their profile page by clicking on their name or avatar.
