How can I cleanup/remove all the entries in the Overheard tab?

Inappropriate?Tweets that are displayed in Overheard get removed after they are two weeks old, unless they get turned into topics here on get satisfaction.
So, to answer your question directly, the only real option in the interface at this time is to wait until they fall off the end.1 Comment

Oh i see. However, the current tweets contain quite a lot of links to warez sites. Is there any way you guys can help us remove them? Thanks! -
Inappropriate?I'll remove some of them now, but I need to have a talk about our course for this in the future. It's not really feasible for us to continually filter warez links like in your overheard feed. They are hidden behind tiny urls and they are specifically mentioning your product. If you want to exclude these tweets once and for all, it would unfortunately mean shutting off your overheard feed.
My bet is that we'll offer the ability to garden the overheard feed as part of the premium tools suite we just launched, but I'm not sure... the argument for this being a free tool is equally strong too.

Whoops, I just noticed I worded my post to sound like "I need to have a talk with you", but meant to say that we don't have a standard company guideline for this situation, so I need to have a talk with my *co-workers* and come up with a repeatable solution. Sorry if I sounded preachy.

Inappropriate?I need to be able to purge everything that's currently in overheard.
I don't need fine-grained editing, and I don't want a GS employee to have to help me. I know that gets prohibitive.
My old overheard settings picked up some porn tweets. I edited my settings, and now overheard's search is filtering it out. But all the tweets that had been overheard before are still in my list. What do I do? I don't want people to read porn tweets for the next two weeks... -
Inappropriate?Daniel, did you already manually update the page to pull in new tweets? That will push old things down the stream. We don't have a way to remove those currently. I'm not sure that we have plans to do this anytime soon. It's really just reflecting what is on Twitter, so we haven't built a way to filter those out, but I will definitely bring this up with the team.
