Basically, A Satisfaction site isn't controlled by the company. It's a place for customers and companies to come together on an equal playing field, free of heavy handed censorship from the company while still giving the company a voice amongst the thousands of dog-piling haters.

Inappropriate?However, we don't promote companies on this site until after people are discussing them. So one way to "hide" is to avoid being noteworthy :-)
P.S. Hipperweb, I don't think we made your company public in the first place, because it had incomplete information.

Inappropriate?I just want to hide my website because it isn't officially released yet (you guys probably know how I feel - think of when you guys were alpha or earlier...), but we do have a few people using it to test.

Inappropriate?What's your company? You can email me at amy [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com and tell me. I can make it "private". That doesn't mean it will be truly private as it will still exist here and be findable if someone puts the direct URL in, but it won't appear on the Companies page or via company search. Then when you're ready to be public you can let me know.
That being said, be aware that any person can start a site in Satisfaction and no one is in control of a Satisfaction site.

Inappropriate?Hey, I created my product (LinkBunch) as a company in Satisfaction by mistake.
The company should be Aalaap or Aalaap.com and under that there would be a product called LinkBunch.
How do I delete the erroneous company LinkBunch?

Inappropriate?Hey.. thanks for that.. but the url still says http://getsatisfaction.com/linkbunch which is actually the product name. can it be changed to http://getsatisfaction.com/aalaap ?
I have a lot more than just linkbunch coming up.. so i dont want to be stuck with one name!
if it isnt a problem, simply delete the current linkbunch company and i'll go ahead and create aalaap again...

Inappropriate?I've done the same thing as aalaap! I'm misunderstood how the site worked and created Designcoop as my company when I should have created Blended Creative as my company and Designcoop as a product.
I've created Blended Creative as my company now but could somebody please remove Designcoop as a company? There's no activity on it yet. I would be greatly appreciative.
