How can we close our product account or make it unofficial again?
We gave get satisfaction a try but it's not the way we think company support should be conducted.
Our company's page is unfortunately very popular and now states that it's an official channel to for communication. We need to revert the status of our company / product pages to unofficial and / or redirect to the official communication places.

Inappropriate?Currently, If each of you remove yourselves from admin access, your area will revert back to a unclaimed state.
There is a caching issue such that it stays 'claimed' for a bit, but I'd be happy to clear that for up when you guys have removed yourselves.

We're working on a way to make that process much more easy to do, in addition to making it more clear to your customer that your preferred customer support channel is where you prefer it. -

Inappropriate?Sorry to see you go. I think your product is pretty awesome, and I always thought the community you built on our site was a great example of customers offering new product ideas.
I recommend putting a Company Message up (from the admin section) that tells people where you prefer to interact with them. Then, you can remove your employees. That's it.
