How do I add company/product to profile?
My company and products are not in my profile. I am getting
"You haven't added any products or companies yet." I also got my employee email from you.

Inappropriate?I'm seeing three products in your company section. You can add them to your personal dashboard by rating those products. You can rate any company and product, and it will then show up on your personal dashboard.

Inappropriate?Why isn't what more obvious? There is your user dashboard, and there is your company section. They are separate. The products on your dashboard are the ones you follow, and the ones in your company section are the ones everyone can follow. Are you trying to add new products to your company as an employee, or are you trying to add/rate more products as a customer?

Basically I was wanting to add companies to my "Your Companies & Products" page. There was nothing that stated, "To add companies or products to this page, please rate them." or something similar. Seems like a duh thing in retrospect (I should have know this but it did take me a few minutes of poking around to figure that out). Just a simple 1 line explanation I think would suffice. :) -
No, it's not a duh thing at all. We probably need to be more explicit about how your products are tied into the act of rating them. We know we have some changes to make here, so thanks for sharing this feedback. -
Inappropriate?I'm noticing that our company isn't appearing on our user's dashboards. Is this because we're not using the net promoter score? I guess my assumption was that if someone clicked "I'm a customer" from our site that we would automatically be added to their profile under "products and companies". Is it actually the case that we will only be added there if they rate us, not if they are active in our community? Thanks for the further clarification.

They can be active in your community even if they havn't "become" a customer. -
Yes, Arielle, if they rate you they should show up on their user dashboard. Can you point me to a dashboard where this isn't happening? -
Inappropriate?Actually, the problem for us is that we aren't using the net promoter score. I've removed it from the site. I didn't realize that this would prohibit our ability to show up on our user's dashboards. I assumed that if they clicked "I'm a customer" that we would show up under "products and companies I use" on their dashboard. So...I suppose either I need to add the NPS back, or settle on the fact that we won't show up on user dashboards. Thx, Eric & Will.
