How do I change the company name in the "Tools" menu?
I changed the name of our company as well as the URL, but the old name still shows up in the toolbar link at the top... can it be changed?

Inappropriate?Good idea, but no, I've flushed the cache. We started out using our workshop name "Extreme Social Marketing". We now have an LLC and have updated everything to the company name, The Workshoppers, but that toolbar has stubbornly remained unchanged.

Inappropriate?Sure... tried it... no dice. Interestingly, the toolbar also links the old URL. Will try loading it in a different browser just in case some client-side caching issue is biting me. Otherwise, I would guess a server-side caching issue.

Inappropriate?Same thing in Safari... and I've never pulled GetSatisfaction up in Safari before. So not a caching issue on my side.

Here's a guess. You guys use memcache and it holds key bits (like the toolbar) for 12 hours or so because why not, the toolbar doesn't exactly change a lot.
