How do I customize product icons?
As a admin for our company site ("Panic"), I'm interesting in cleaning up / improving the "Product" icons that people have added for us.
How can I do this? I figured it'd be in Admin > Products & Services, but no luck...

also, better product management for companies has now launched, beyond just changing icons. just go to http://getsatisfaction.com/panic/admi... and you can now manage all aspects your own products, including deleting.
for anybody else reading this topic, substitute your company URL for "panic" and you're all set. you'll have to be an admin for that company in order to be able to access that page.

What lane didn't mention is that anyone can change the icons associated with a product.
Simply got to the product's page, and there is an "Edit this product" button on the right side. In that dialog you are able to upload a new icon.

Inappropriate?hi, cabel! we're actually releasing this feature, um, any minute now. seriously. it's on our staging server, and we just have a couple of things to clean up before we make it live to the world. i'll update this topic as soon as that happens.
on a separate but related note, we're about to make it much harder for bad product data to get into the system in the coming weeks. right now it's easy for people to accidentally add products into the system when adding topics, which is where most of the bad data comes from. -

One last question. I removed "Audion" from our Products page (since, technically, it's discontinued, and I was curious what would happen. :)). Now, while it is gone from our Products Admin page, it's still listed on our actual Satisfaction page. Any thoughts on why?
