Inappropriate?The Feedback Widget can be customized via placement and CSS, and some of that can be done when you generate the widget. However, the data that it collects is not customizable. Is that what you mean?

Inappropriate?That level of detail is not customizable. We've talked about whether or not to make that customizable, but I'm not sure we have come to a definitive conclusion. Currently, it's as you see it.

Inappropriate?Ah, you're talking about the products that can be associated with the topic. Once you add products & services to your company account here on GS they will show up in your feedback widget.

Inappropriate?Why isn't it possible to set a default product for the feedback widget? The option to select the product is hidden and I've already seen customers not selecting it. There are product specific widgets for support topics, why not the feedback widget.
What are people doing as a workaround for this if your company has multiple products?

Inappropriate?Was there ever an answer to this question? I too am trying to customize the popup by removing the add more detail section. I can't use CSS because it seems as if the popup is in an iframe.
