how do I identify myself as being a company representative?
I work for TripIt and want my responses on the TripIt page to indicate that I'm a company representative. How do I make that happen? I tried entering www.tripit.com as my website on my profile page, but that didn't seem to do the trick.

Inappropriate?Right now the first step has to be handled by us. I'll set you up.
It helps if you set up your Satisfaction user account using your official email domain. Then we'll be able to easily match you with your Satisfaction site and set your status. If you've created an account with a different email address, email us to let us know and we'll take care of it.
Once we've set you as a company rep and admin for your Satisfaction site, you'll be able to set other users with your official email domain as employees and/or company representatives.

Inappropriate?Having better control of your status is coming down the line in the future. I'm working on the next iteration of the Dashboard where we will provide clear paths to updating your status to an employee. In the works are also other cool features around products, companies and people that intersect with you on Satisfaction!

Inappropriate?Is there a plan to differentiate between employee and officially sanctioned representative? I could see a scenario where those two roles could present divergent information. -
Inappropriate?Well, right now we do have that distinction but it may not be clear to the user. The idea is that "employee" is someone speaking for themselves but with an internal view of things and a "Representative" is someone giving the "official word" on things. Only Reps can set their answer as the "Official Response".
As a user of the system, does any distinction come across to you? How have you interpreted these roles? Were you even aware there were two different roles? Thanks for any feedback you can provide, jauderho!

Inappropriate?never mind its fixed and done. i was asking on the file upload to site root to id company if i don't have a site root for domain im forwarding the domains.
