How do I make a user a champion?
There is a great member of our community helping out on our Get Satisfaction page, and I'd like to make him a "champion". How do I do this?

Ok, I've turned it on for you.
First, you need to go to this page: http://getsatisfaction.com/gamerdna/a...
Under "Logos & Badges" you'll see a field for uploading a Champions Badge. If you have a favicon, you'll want to use that. Otherwise you can make one -- just create a 16 pixel x 16 pixel png file. Probably just from your logo mark w/out the company name.
Now, you can go to any user's dashboard by clicking on their avatar and you'll see an option in the left column to make them a champion. This is also where you would go to remove the designation.
Currently, Champions don't have any additional controls. They just get the designation of the badge and they show up on your /people page. We have plans to evolve this feature so that organizations can opt to give moderation controls to champs. Please keep in mind that this feature is still in private beta. We appreciate any feedback you have including the kinds of things you'd like Champions to do that they can't currently do.

Joss, the Champions feature is available for all of the paid plans, but it doesn't appear that your community is on one of those plans.
