Inappropriate?From your admin section, you just set one of your employees as the the admin or official rep. The rest should be set as employees.

Inappropriate?Hmmmm.... It doesn't look like you actually successfully signed up for the Basic Package. I'm not seeing your company name in our billing list. Did you submit the form which included your credit card info, billing address, etc?

I signed up because of the email you sent with the special pricing.
