How Do I Make The Feedback Widget Button So That It's Fixed In One Place?

I got a question relating to the feedback widget button. I added the code to my site but I want the button to be fixed in that same place so that when people scroll down it will show the feedback button where it is (as if it wasn't gone at all). ie: fixed placement.
