How do I promote Get Satisfaction on my company site?
We like the idea of Get Satisfaction but we are having dificulty seeing how you might promote this service as part of your customer service offering. Is there a start up guide or sites you could refer us to to see how others are using and promoting this service?

Also, perhaps this page will help you out. And Synthasite has done a stellar job of integrating GS on to their support page for maximum effect.
