How do I remove the tools dropdown for a company I used to admin?

I used to be an admin of my company's getstatisfaction site and now I've left the company. I removed myself from the admin users already. Now I still have the 'tools' menu on the left side of my top nav bar, even though I can't access any of the management tools. How do I remove this drop down?
