How do I strip my name from GS pages to avoid google problem?

When I joined a new company recently that uses GetSatisfaction, I signed up for a second GS user account so that my work as a REP of that company doesn't get mixed up with my own GS usage. To make this easy, I gave my new user a name that included the company name, like this:

CompanyName_Rob

Now when I search Google News for this company's name, I'm getting search results in the "blogs" area that include MY POSTS in the getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfaction threads. In these threads I'm asking (as a rep of my company) for help with widgets, etc.

This is VERY problematic. People searching for news on my company are going to come across posts on GS in which I'm trying to get HELP from you as a rep of this company. Practical upshot:

1) People will be getting search results that have nothing to do with my company

2) People who follow the link in these search results may get the wrong impression about my company because some of my posts are expressing frustration with GS tools. People make mistake this for problems WITHIN my company

I tried changing my username, but it doesn't change my name on old posts, so this won't resolve the problem.

How does GS propose I resolve this problem so that my GS username no longer brings up search results that may mislead people looking for information about my company?
