How do we delete a post that contains personal information? Is there a way to do this before the post hits the site?
Not being able to delete a post is a real problem for us. We have users who will likely need to discuss personal issues and we can't have those in a public forum. What is the best way to deal with this today? And when will there be a private thread solution?

Inappropriate?Hi Tommy,
We're about to release tools that will give you many of the controls I believe you're looking for (contact amy at getsatisfaction dot com if you'd like to be on the early access list). If you're not using these tools you can always send your moderation request to info at getsatisfaction dot com.
Private threading is something that we're considering, but won't be part of this next major release.
I’m confident

Inappropriate? Also, Tommy, in the meantime, the way to deal with it is to click the "inappropriate?" link and leave us a message about what needs to be removed and why. Additionally you can email us at info [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com to get our attention on it as soon as possible.
And as Thor mentioned above, we do have some new tools coming out that will give companies the ability to act quickly in these situations. However, at this time there is no way to keep the info users submit from hitting the web site at all.
