HI we have just signed up to Get Satisfaction and i need to get some content into our community portal to get the motion going, how do we go about this? Post questions and answer them our selves? Post customer feed back we received in the past? any suggestions welcome...

Getting a feedback widget posted on your web site will help to get content going in your GS community.
Also, you can enter your FAQs as topics in your community. Here's a "help" topic with suggestions for doing this.
You can also use "Overheard" to find tweets about your company and turn them into topics on GS. You can then respond to them there and the original "tweeter" will receive an @ message letting them know you've responded, with a link to the new topic. Your Overheard feature is here, but can also be found in the "Community" drop-down sub navigation.
Posting prior feedback is a little trickier because it will look like it's coming from you, not from the actual author.
