How do we set up Parature integration?
I just got an email announcing Parature integration, but I don't see where we can integrate that into our Get Satisfaction account.
Also, I clicked the video image in the email you sent out yesterday around 6PM EST and the link doesn't appear to be working. I know I should probably have created a second ticket but......... there isn't much you can do about it now that the email has gone out anyway. What is it with things working immediately after I submit them? Hrmph. :)

Inappropriate?We don't have Parature integration built into the admin interface like Zendesk is, but we can explain more if you like. Shoot us an email at sales [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com, and we'll set you up with someone who can explain the details.

Inappropriate?Oh, that's a little disappointing. I figured that, since it was featured in the newsletter, it was something we could set up (or at least get information on setting up through your website). I'll leave it to the Customer Love team if they want to work with you guys to get our Parature knowledge base and ticketing system connected to our Get Satisfaction front end. Thanks for the quick reply.

Inappropriate?Hate to disappoint. This was our first Parature integration, but we'll surely be doing more. As we ramp up, we'll make it more self-serve and DIY.
