Hi, Anthony. We offer Zendesk integration for companies that utilize any of our paid plans. It's brand new, so we haven't added it to our marketing materials yet. But, we can turn it on for you if you have a plan. Shoot as an email at sales@getsatisfaction.com or to me at eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com and we can get you set up.

We don't offer Zendesk integration for free plans, though.
