How to delete a product/service from Get Satisfaction?
I want to delete my product from Get Satisfaction. I no longer want to use your service. I don't see an easy way to delete my product. Please show me how to do that. (this should be much easier, BTW).

Hi Todd,
If a company adds itself to Get Satisfaction and then changes its mind, we will hide or remove it upon request if there is no user created content.
In Fluid's case, there are hundreds of discussions happening involving many users. Since Get Satisfaction is an support network for any product or company, we cannot remove a valid company or product once it is discussed by users. To do so would violate the fundamental premise of the service, which is to provide a community free of corporate censorship.
Of course, we know that Get Satisfaction will not suit every company's needs as a primary support tool. You can add a link to your preferred support channel via your admin page which will give your users a clear path to communicate with you that way. However, many of your users may still prefer to talk about your product here if they are already active on Get Satisfaction through related products.
In that case, we encourage you to follow the lead of the many companies (e.g. Apple, Google, Comcast) who participate on Get Satisfaction as part of a broader customer community. You'll still be notified when there are discussions about your products, and can respond as you like.
As a final note, if there is anything we can to make Get Satisfaction a more useful solution for you please do let us know. We're rolling out numerous compelling features for companies to better engage and understand their customers in coming months, and we always welcome input to guide our efforts.
I’m hoping this helps

Inappropriate?Hmm... i found this previous thread on this issue:
http://getsatisfaction.com/satisfacti...
I tried taking the advice marked as 'offical answer from the company'... copying the link and substituting my product name. however, that page does not contain a 'delete' option that I can find... -
Inappropriate? Are you wondering if you can delete your company from get satisfaction? Or delete a product that you added to a company?
Thanks
I’m curious

Inappropriate?I'd like to delete both please. thanks, ted
