how to remove a product?
Dear Eric,
I want to leave just one product for Qik Inc., i.e. Qik. That means that "Qiklife" and "Qik for WM" should be removed. It would be great if you could merge them all to "Qik" product if possible.
When I go to http://getsatisfaction.com/qik/admin/... I do not see a "delete" option near "edit". Is this a bug?
Appreciate your help on that.
Thanks in advance.

Inappropriate? Can you post a screenshot of what that Products admin page looks like for you?
I'll have to check in with our dev team to see if they'll be able to associate all your topics with one product. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for that, Ilya. Ok, I know what's going on. Currently, our system has a constraint on deleting products once they have over a certain number of topics associated with them.
We'll have to do a background process to associate all your topics with the one product "Qik" and then delete the other two products. It's been added to our development queue but I don't have an ETA for you yet. Feel free to ping me mid next week if you haven't heard back from me. -
Inappropriate?Dear Amy,
Thank you for your answer and proposed help.
Unfortunately, there are still 3 separate products for Qik.
Could you please update on whether there are some issues or it is just somewhere in the middle of backlog ;-) ? -
Inappropriate?Sorry about the wait, Ilya. Thanks for pinging me again. I'm working on getting an ETA for you.
-
Inappropriate?Hi Ilya. I'm really sorry about the delay. We do want to do this for you, but we just don't have the resources to get it done right away. It's in the queue, but there are product features and critical issues being worked on that are ahead in the queue. Unfortunately, I don't yet have an ETA for you either. Thank you for your continuing patience.
