How to remove spam on the basic sign up account?
We just received our first bit of spam:

I can't find any option to get rid of it although we are on the basic package.

Inappropriate?I don't see you listed as having a paid account. We've changed some of the terminology of our plans recently. The Basic package is now called "Manage". Is it this package you're referring to here?: http://getsatisfaction.com/features

Inappropriate?By basic I meant entry level/free. I see it is called "Engage".
