HTML code in New Page Design

It appears that after you introduced the new page design (which is certainly the best ever), some HTML code like unordered list does not work . For example, the two lines in the middle do not show bullet marks --

You must have either:

A Body Mass Index (BMI) of 40 ......

A BMI of at least 35 ...

Examples of conditions .....
