I can't add a second e-mail address
I can't add a second e-mail address to my Get Satisfacion account, i receive a (Notification preferences have been saved.) but is never shows up the new e-mail addres!?

Inappropriate?That is odd. I just tried adding one to your account. It's test@example.com. Is that showing up for you?

Inappropriate?Hi Eric it does show up, so i tried again to add my own @Gmail.com account, unfortunately the same result it does not show up, weird.

And, can you send me your email address that you intend to add to eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com? I'd like to test it both ways, if that's doable. If not, I understand, but if you are able to indulge my curiosity, that would be cool.

But when i tried to add my personal the one i would like to be there, it failed, strange enough other addresses where accepted.
I had an account i closed with the address i wanted to add, but i closed that a while ago. For that old account i could send myself a password recovery e-mail i changed the e-mail there to a bogus one deleting the other address. After that i could add my e-mail address to this account.
Now it's all fine.

I had this problem too, and I did recently cancel an account with the email address I wanted to add to this one. So I reopened that old account, swapped out the email address, and was able to add it.
But now I want to make the address I just added primary, and the system is refusing to do it. I tried asking it to "verify" first, but got an "access denied" message. I tried deleting the current primary address, but it wouldn't cooperate with that either. Can you help?
