i expected to get to my dashboard when I clicked the Home link in the navigation menu
i like the dashboard view that shows me my activity and topics, but didn't easily find how to get back to it once I viewed a topic. i clicked home, and went to satisfaction home, which wasn't helpful to me.

Inappropriate?Great point! This is a temporary state, I believe, as we prepare to make your dashboard the home page (at least for logged in users).

Inappropriate?For what it's worth, I usually just click on my own profile pic if I want to go to my dashboard.
If I happen to be viewing a specific topic, my profile pic is always visible at the bottom of the page, and next to any replies I may have already made to the topic.
I've also found that clicking on my username (which appears next to every comment I've made) takes me to my dashboard.
And finally, if I happen to be near the top of any page, I just click the word "You" that appears along the top menu. Although the URL for that link is http://getsatisfaction.com/me, I've found that it actually takes me to my dashboard. -
Inappropriate?Hi, is there any news of this feature being put in? I'd also like for users to go back to the Xumii dashboard when clicking the HOME link. It makes it really hard for them to get back to Xumii if they investigate a particular question.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, we haven't made a lot of progress on the dashboard. I'd like it if, when you are logged in, your dashboard would be your home page. But, we still have a lot of work to do on that dashboard.
Your other point is interesting. I guess we expect that most Get Satisfaction users will investigate more than one company on our site, that they're not here just to get help from one company, but I do see that from a company's perspective, it might feel right to have each customer's "home" be their own company's section. I'm not sure this is doable, but your input is definitely something we need to think about -- and perhaps find out if other company reps feel the same way. -
