I have a duplicate thread in which the thread itself is also broken

Hi, so as mentioned above first off I have two problems.

1 is that I'm constantly encountering duplicate thread posts on our Get Satisfaction that I would like to clean up. However, merging then doesn't make them appear as less threads and deleting I think I read that we can't actually delete threads even as admins of Get Satisfaction. Is there any fix for this? (Picture of duplicate below)



2. When I click a specific thread it takes me to a page error page (Picture attached). Since I can't even access the thread I can't delete it or fix it.
