I have no idea how to access my company's premium features.

I can't access the "starter package" management features I just purchased. I received the confirmation e.mail, but can't access any of the "Topic Tools" highlighted at http://getsatisfaction.com/premium . However, the interface is really confusing and unintuitive at times, so I might just not have any idea where to look...
