Ideas for Get Satisfaction's design

Hey, adam_bird. Question -- what do you like/not like about the design Get Satisfaction site? What's too ajaxy?

And, actually, let me throw this question to our entire audience. What do you like/not like about the design of our service? What would you change? What would you add? What would you remove?

We're a small team (and we like it that way!) so I can't promise we'll do or get to everything you guys suggest, but we definitely want to hear what you have to say.
