I'm an admin and I can't seem to see user's ID and Email anymore
For some reason over the last few days I haven't been able to see the userid's and emails when I mouseover another person's avatar icon. I'm an admin of our system and this only just started happening a few days ago. Do you know what's going on? It seems to only be with people who have signed up for Get Satisfaction within the last few days.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem or know what's going on with this issue. I still can't see some user's IDs and E-mails even though I'm an admin. Thanks!

Inappropriate?It's likely that it's because those users have not come into Get Satisfaction via your FastPass. If a user already has a GS account or has signed up with a GS account, you won't see their personal contact info and they won't have a user ID from your system.

This could be the problem but I don't think it is. Our users for the large part come directly off of the feedback tab that we have on our websites. We've never experienced this problem until only about a week ago. Since then, people who have posted for the first time don't seem to have their additional user info pass through. I can't imagine that all of a sudden our users aren't FastPassing straight through. But I'll ask some of them and see what happens. Until then... I think something must have changed in Get Satisfaction.
