i'm not getting get satisfaction emails
I'm not getting notified through email when someone posts a new topic or question about my company. I got my email certified already and the email address is updated in my account information.

It looks like you are set up to receive email notifications. The boxes on your account for them are checked. You already checked your spam folder, I take it?
[Also, FYI: We have had some slow-downs lately on notifications, which has affected me as well when they show up late.]

Inappropriate?Hi Eric. Other members of my team are getting the emails, I am not. There are no messages from Get Satisfaction in my spam box, although I did get an email notification to this thread. Apparently I'm just not getting notifications from my company threads.
Where do we go from here?

Inappropriate?Check the email address on your account. Should it be a .com or .net email address on that account? I see it listed as .com on your profile, but I have had other private correspondence with you at a .net address. Maybe that is it?

Inappropriate?haha good observation, but it forwards! I seem to be getting emails from this thread just fine, so I'll keep an eye on WooMe and let you know if the problem continues and troubleshoot from there if it continues :)

Inappropriate?Hi Eric, I'm definitely not getting emails when users post questions to our Get Satisfaction company page. I realize that we did not want to use Get Satisfaction originally, however since I cannot remove our company information I would like to be notified when our customers ask questions here.
Please let me know if there's something I should be doing to receive these emails since I've already confirmed my company email, and the emails are not going into my SPAM folder.
