I'm not getting my reset password email.
I'm not receiving my reset password email to my company email. It's [private info removed] and I've tried twice. Help?

Inappropriate?Eric, the email I'm using right now is NOT the one that I'm trying to reset the password for - I've had to sign up with another email account for the time being simply to be able to log this support issue.
However, confirmation emails for this email account have turned up ok.
The email address that I'm having problems with is the same as this one but with a dot instead of the underscore.

One is primary and one is secondary. It may be that verification emails are going to an address you hadn't anticipated. I will send you an email with more info. -

I didn't get an email from you though - could you remove any that doesn't match the details I gave you before (the email address of this account with underscores replaced with dots)?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem - I had to sign up again with another email address in order to post this. What I thought was my password won't work and I've tried multiple times to follow the instructions to reset password, but I haven't gotten an email. I have no trouble getting emails to that address from Get Satsifaction to inform me a thread I was following was updated. This shouldn't be so difficult!
