Import arbitrary comment into Zendesk?

Can I suggest the ability to import an arbitrary comment into Zendesk? We have discovered that the person who starts a topic is sometimes not ultimately the person who needs a ticket opened. Also, sometimes one person will bring up a specific issue that requires us to track in Zendesk, and a few other people will "me too" with the same problem, but there is no easy way to import the "me toos" into Zendesk as well.
