Import arbitrary comment into Zendesk?
Can I suggest the ability to import an arbitrary comment into Zendesk? We have discovered that the person who starts a topic is sometimes not ultimately the person who needs a ticket opened. Also, sometimes one person will bring up a specific issue that requires us to track in Zendesk, and a few other people will "me too" with the same problem, but there is no easy way to import the "me toos" into Zendesk as well.

agreed. many times the replies are either incidents of the same problem or related problems that require their own zendesk ticket. I would recommend giving the option of importing replies as:
- new zendesk tickets
- incidents of the problem already posted to zendesk -

Is there any feedback from GS or Zendesk on this feature? I continue to run into topics where the ability to select which specific user contributing to a thread might need the actual help.
