we have integrated your feedback code with our application. When I post a message like "Ask a question or Give praise" about our Product then it is showing some error "There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again." .

This bug has been fixed.
I introduced this bug when search results were added. It was keeping non-logged in users from getting past the first step. Showing this error:
"There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again."
Sorry for the confusion, but it should be working fine now.

Inappropriate?Hmmm. It may be that all of the fields are not filled out when you hit the submit button. We could probably stand to make those error messages a little more explanatory. Can you give it another shot and see if that might be the problem? Or, point me to the page you're having the problem, and I'll take a look.1 Comment Add a comment

I have tried a lot with all of the fields are filled. But is showing the same error "There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again." in a red color band. -
Inappropriate?Now in a same browser I logged in for getsatisfaction and posted my message in another tab then that message was posted but it is not reflecting in the getsatisfaction section of our Product yet.
After posting my message to our Product it is showing me
"Your praise may have already been gave!" .
HELP.

Inappropriate?Hey, thanks for the screen shot. We actually discussed this earlier today, and we definitely want to fix that language problem. Already been gave is definitely not the way we want that to display.

When I am testing for this getsatisfaction feedback application in both the browsers(IE & FF), it is showing the success message but not reflecting in DeskAway section of getsatisfaction site.
My message or praise should be displayed there after posting through the feedback! -

Inappropriate?I am getting the same success message "Your praise may have already been gave!" after posting a message in Feedback.
But it is not reflecting in the getsatisfaction site of DeskAway.
But you people are telling that this bug is fixed from your end!

I see the problem you are having now. And this is totally our fault.
"Your praise may have already been gave!" is not a success message. It's showing you related search results. You still click "post my new topic" to create your new topic
Long story short is you should never be seeing search results for a praise topic. It's been fixed and should be reflected on the site tomorrow.
To clarify. We set this problem as being fixed because the details of your topic are about an error you were getting, "There was a problem sending your feedback. Please try again." Which was fixed.
