I was trying to set myself as a company administrator (which I was before something weird happened) but after filling up your claim company form I get e-mail that contains incorrect links and is formatted so that no e-mail client can read it properly
Subject: Your Employee status has been approved:
We're following up about your request to be added to the eM Client list of employees. Since the company is already claimed and has an admin, we've added you as an Employee. Jerry Javornicky is an admin. You can get in touch with them if you need a different employee status like Admin or Official Rep.

As far as I know I'm Jerry Javornicky, but although I log in as Jerry Javornicky, I can't do any administration changes. Also I have requested upgrade of our community plan, but no response.

Sorry to hear that there has been some problems here. It looks like you had been removed as an admin. I restored that for you, so you should be able to access your admin section. Give it a shot now and let me know if you continue to have problems.
